The Registered Device (RD) Service for Mantra devices ensures that third-party applications can’t use or store biometric data for authentication later. The RD service provider signs and encrypts each fingerprint scan from a registered device, along with a timestamp, before sending it to the host application.

The MFS100 is also compatible with computers, laptops, and Android phones, and has a fingerprint capacity of 1,000,000,000.
The latest version of the Mantra RD Service software, version 1.0.8, can be downloaded from the download page. The setup process for this version requires Dot Net Framework 4.5 or higher, and it’s recommended to install MFS100 Driver Setup 9.1.0.0 or higher.
